Just spent quite some time this evening picking over 70 eggs of Fp spoorenbergi and placing them onto damp peat. This is the most I have collected as normally I only get 4-5 eggs at a time. No idea what the difference has been, but if all of these hatch then I will have a problem in what to do with so many fry, and how many should I keep for taking to auctions and the Convention in 2019. 29/11/18 - removed 3 eggs this evening that had gone white. 30/11/18 - removed 1 more white egg, the rest looking good so far. 6/12/18 - no more eggs have shown any sign of fungus, and took some photos. 17/12/18 - took another picture, now at 19 days old and starting to show a lot of development. Just wish that my old USB microscope would still work under Windows 10. 10/1/19 - Added water today, but only 2 fry hatched so have decanted the water and will leave them for a few more days. 18/1/19 - Added water again and 10 fry have hatched this time. There are a lot of "eyed-up" eggs still visible so have left them in the water this time.
