Fp oeseri
Fp oseri GEMHS 200-45 Bioko were initially purchased as 40+ eggs from "killibozd" on Aquabid in November 2015. My current adults (2017) are still all from these initial eggs, but also have a few young fry from eggs that I collected and stored on damp peat (mini container) for 3 weeks before wetting. They are not very prolific, but very nice looking fish, so worth the effort to maintain them in my tanks.
Well as of March 2020, this strain is still going strong in my fishroom, and have a tank full of adults (10-20 at least), 6-7 sub-adults in a rearing container, plus eggs on peat in storage (collected 14 eggs on 29/2/20), and every once in a while small fish appear in the tanks with the adults. I must admit that I do not collect eggs on a regular basis unless I need them for the next generation. I think that I have supplied pairs and breeding groups to the BKA Conventions for the last 2-3 years.
